If you’re looking for a place to stay up in Traverse City, look no further!! The house was absolutely perfect for my group of friends. The house is just outside downtown and the perfect driving distance away from restaurant or activities you’ll want to do! John, Cindy & Ross were very responsive and very eager to help with any questions you may have. The backyard is huge and perfect for yard games. I could not recommend it enough. I will definitely look to book again the next time I’m in Traverse City!!

If you are looking for a superb host and welcoming environment with all the necessities one would need when away from home I highly recommend this place. Cindy, John and Ross are amazing hosts and tended to our needs and requests. The home is beautiful, roomy and has a huge backyard for your large family or groups enjoyment. We had an unusual incident where an unexpected vehicle drove up to the house and I immediately alerted our hosts. Within minutes they were checking into it and Ross even drove over to check on us. The truck unfortunately had already left, but I was so grateful for the immediate response and care of our hosts. To my surprise they even added a beautiful propane fireplace after I initially inquired if a camp fire setting was available. To find this in the backyard for our evening enjoyment was wonderful! The home is located in a nice neighborhood just minutes away from downtown, the beach and shopping centers. We look forward to returning and making more memories!

Everything was great except the Dining Room table and chairs that were not in great condition. The chairs were not safe to sit on as dowels were not fully in the holes. One chair collapsed and injured my elderly dad. Who then wasn’t able to participate in the family weekend due to being in a lot of pain. He is still recovering. But he was very grateful for the bed that was there because that was comfortable for him since the injury made it hard to sit so he was able to lay down and stay off the injury. When the incident happened I alerted the owners and they responded right away. There wasn’t anything they did for us but they asked if we’d be ok with the chair situation for the weekend and we were ok we just didn’t use the chairs the rest of the time. The home was beautiful and easy to get to things in the area. I know the owners will address the dining furniture so it’s safe for others. It was unexpected for us and we will definitely probably never forget this trip.

Our 3 families had a wonderful and fun filled long weekend in Traverse City! The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. The owners provided clear communication on the check in and checkout procedures and responded promptly to our questions. We would definitely recommend staying in this house!!
