This apartment was gorgeous! It felt very modern, but still had character with the chosen decor. We had ample room for 7 people and never felt cramped. The balcony was beautiful, though a bit too chilly for us to spend any time on it. The building it self felt like walking through a hospital (makes sense based on what it used to be), but once you get to the apartment, it felt like we were in an airy city loft with an awesome kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The only negative thing I’d say about this place is parking in the garage is VERY tricky. The hosts were very honest about this, so it really wasn’t that bad, and we had other spots we could use outside the garage. Just be careful when making an attempt in the garage lol.

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Nest.” It was nice to have plenty of space to spread out and all the areas were very comfortably furnished. We would definitely stay again! Love staying in the Grand Traverse Commons. It’s a great location to enjoy all the things we like about the greater TC area!

This was my second stay at the nest and I cant recommend it enough. I’m fairly certain it will be my go to everytime for my quiet get away around this time of year!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had through Airbnb. The place was super cool, very clean, and in an awesome area. Communication was great. All around great experience. We will be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Kevin’s place. The space was just perfect to host two families. There were plenty of amenities. I have never seen that many spices and kitchen appliances! Amazing! We didn’t take advantage of it because we were enjoying the restaurants, but would remember that for the future. There was also plenty of linens and the washer and dryer was a bonus. There was plenty of room for the kids and parents to spread out but come together at the table to play board games, make crafts and eat! It’s a perfect location to Suttons Bay, Traverse City, and all the area has to offer. We loved walking to the bakery, brewery, winery, shopping, restaurants, and coffee. We also took the free bus which is a close walk from the apartment to get to TC. We hope to be back in the future.
