We had such a lovely stay at Johns Apartment. It was very clean and easy to get to by boat from the main Harbor. It is very close to beta good restaurants and swimming areas. We can really recommend this apartment. You need to take an Aperitivo at the terrace to see the sundown! Most beautiful view!

The house is in a beautiful location, which is about a 15 minute walk to the Hydra port. The outside patios have excellent views, however, the villa could use some maintenance considering the price. Additionally, the listing was a bit misleading as it advertised a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a cold plunge pool and not appealing as it had some dirt in it. Depending on the time of year, this should be considered! Overall, hosts were responsive and the location was great, especially if you are seeking some peace and quiet. It is an easy walk into town.

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans cette belle villa bien située. Kamini est très tranquille ce qui est très appréciable. Je suis satisfait de ce séjour mais regrette quelques points : A l’arrivée nous sommes allés chercher les clefs dans le magasin de Dimitri comme on nous l’a demandé. Nous étions en relation avec son associée. Au magasin la personne présente ne semblait pas au courant de notre venue et n’avait pas les clés. Elle a téléphoné à quelqu’un et on nous a demandé d’aller à un point de rencontre à Kamini où nous attendait la personne qui faisait le ménage. Bien que nous soyons arrivés après l’heure de check in, la villa n’était pas encore nettoyée et nous avons dû aller au restaurant en attendant. Nous n’avons jamais rencontré physiquement Dimitri et son associée. Le lendemain j’ai signalé à l’associée de Dimitri que la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. La bouilloire n’a pas été changée de tout le séjour (11 nuits). J’ai également signalé que l’équipement de la cuisine, même indiqué comme étant basique dans l’annonce, n’était pas suffisant. Pas de saladier ou de plat pour servir, pas de ciseaux, pas de couteau pour éplucher les légumes, un seul grand couteau de cuisine ébréché. Pas de panier pour essorer les salades. Ces objets sont pourtant basiques pour cuisiner. Je recommande cette villa mais espère que Dimitri tiendra compte de ces remarques et améliorera l’équipement de la cuisine.

Wonderful stay The plane was delayed so we had to take the last boat to Hydra. Dimitris was very kind and helpful and waited for us very late and took us to Kamini by taxi boat, he took care to show us this beautiful villa very well situated above the harbour with a spectacular view on the sea and part of the village. The villa is very comfortable, very well equipped and in perfect condition. The bedding is of very good quality and the place is very quiet. We made the most of the beach which is very close and the very good restaurants and tavernas in the port. Would definitely do it again next time.
