Die Lage, die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung waren perfekt und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Owen und Laura sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert. Wenn wir mal wieder in die Gegend kommen sollten, würden wir die Wohnung gleich wieder nehmen.

We loved staying at this property. It was beautifully clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower is amazing! Had everything we needed and is in close proximity to the amenities in Sandbanks. Would recommend and rebook :)

We had a lovely stay at Owen and Laura's place - the flat was comfortable and had everything that we needed, including smart TV in the lounge, a luxurious spa-style shower and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catered stay. It is wonderfully cosy and there's a large balcony overlooking the communal garden which would be perfect for a coffee on a sunny morning. The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential (and even the seagulls were very polite and well-behaved!) and a short drive/walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches at Sandbanks. It's a fantastic base from which to explore the Dorset area and an easy drive from attractions such as Durdle Door, Swanage, Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. We had a great holiday so thank you for making it such a lovely experience, Owen and Laura!

This flat was very well located within easy access on the Sandbanks Peninsular Quiet, very private and peaceful Future guests should consider that there are 2 flights of stairs to negotiate to get to this Top Floor Flat. Not a probkem for me. Overall, my stay was just what I wanted and there was everything to had that I required except for an e-razor charging adapter which my hosts sourced in very quick time. Thank you both

Owen & Laura, are two very nice and helpful people first and foremost. I immediately felt the warmth and welcome with our first communication exchange. They were very helpful and also reassuring as we didn’t take a car down and suggested some really nice spots to visit during our stay. There was a cute surprise for my boys when we arrived as well as a kind welcoming gesture. The apartment was very easy to find and easy to access including retrieving the keys. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Have to admit, their apartment looks better than it does in the photos, beds are really cozy, I am a little upset with them though, because one of my sons said that he hasn’t slept that good in a long long time! Now I have to buy new mattresses!!! To replicate the comfort that he had in the bed he slept in… The Sand Banks is a beautiful location with a fair amount of cute restaurants/cafés nearby, also the ferry across to Studland and the cliffs. All was a wonderful experience…
