Austin’s place was perfect for our visit to DC. His instructions finding and checking in were clear and easy. His place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was terrific, just a short walk to bus and metro. We also appreciated the books and games Austin provided—the meme game was a big hit. I would highly recommend this spot and we hope to visit again soon!

It truly is a stellar cellar. Stayed three nights, and the apartment was perfect. The binders with recommendations and directions are spot on. The location was perfect for day trips into downtown. We rode the bus every day and the stop is a one minute walk from the apartment. The Metro station is not far either. Great hosts - extremely helpful and responsive. So glad we stayed. Highly recommend!

Austin’s place was cozy and exactly as pictured! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, parking was easy to find too. Austin was helpful with recommendations and flexible on check-in which really helped us out. The only negative was there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night from upstairs. The first night around 2/3 am and the second night around 5 am. I don’t know if they were having guests over or what but there was a lot of loud walking around, dropping things, opening the front door (has a distinct creak) stuff like that. It did keep all 4 of us up for a while. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great stay in Washington, D.C. I highly recommend Austin's cellar to anyone visiting the area. It ticked all the boxes for a great stay - convenience to the metro, comfortable space, great kitchen, and well-appointed with all we needed.
