We had a marvelous time at Brian & Minnie's "Casa de Cabin". It was a peaceful neighborhood and beautiful home to recharge and reconnect with friends in. We found they had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay and they had many added elements like the record player that just added that extra layer of fun and homeliness. We tried to use the stove fireplace but we aren't very good at that type of thing so after a couple hours of trying we ended up using the room heater and that worked out fine for the rest of the trip. Overall we had an amazing time and 10/10 enjoyed our time in Pine Mountain Club and this home. We hope to stay again soon!

The house was a bit quirky as described, not in appearance, but only in the steep, narrow driveway and the heating. With that said, we had no problem with the driveway. It just took a little extra time to turn around each arrival so we could back into the carport and pull out forward when leaving. Also, the house was very cold when we arrived, but we were able to warm it up in an hour or two and it was pretty easy to maintain after that. The wall heaters were noisy, but we didn’t need them after the first night since the house stayed warm. The house was roomy and very nicely decorated. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and there were also sofas in two additional sitting rooms for lounging. The kitchen was very nice and we made several meals. Loved the location near the Enchanted trailhead—just up the road at the culdesac, and easy access to the village restaurants and shops the same distance the opposite direction. Would have liked to use the telescope if we had a clear night.
