Lovely home with everything you could want for a stay in Wellington.

We’ve stayed here for around 10 days. Everything here is so perfect and we have had the best time. Rooms are perfectly clean and the design is so warm and comfortable. You can almost have everything here if u wanna cook from utensils to sources. Rob is very responsive and considerate, helping answer our all kinds of questions. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with the ocean nearby. It’s also quite close to the supermarket and parks and city center as well. We will definitely come and stay here again if revisited Wellington. So highly recommend to all travelers 🙌

We loved our stay. The house has beautiful features such as leadlight windows, very comfortable day chairs, lovely coffee table books and magazines, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. We had milk, chocolate, and a bottle of rose on arrival which was wonderful. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked to make meals and we appreciated easy recycling. Air-conditioning great. Lots of info re. local things to do and cafes. Miramar suburb is charming. Definitely among the best places we've ever stayed

It is a well-designed and maintained property. Rob was an excellent host who not only provided thoughtful touches in anticipation of our visit but also gave us great advice on getting around Wellington when we asked. I highly recommend.
