Highly recommend this guesthouse and its host. Great kitchen that is well equipped, a cozy living room with a very comfortable sofa and large bedroom with nice bed and furnishings. House is also in a good location that is convenient for shopping and dining out. Matthew, the host, communicates clearly and is very helpful.

Matthew's space was perfect. He was very responsive with communication and answering questions. We enjoyed the stay so much we added another month and Matthew helped with that too! The space was nicely appointed and looked to be newly renovated. The area is walking distance to restaurants and has its own parking. We would definitely recommend the house and the host! Thanks Matthew!

A beautiful space. Private, clean and decorated very lovely. Comfort bed and nice linens. Great kitchen to cook in if needed. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Matthew’s place. The unit was very clean, quiet and had a great layout. I wasn’t aware there was a washer and dryer in the rental so that was a plus for me too. Matt was a great host, very responsive and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the overall design of the rental was very nice - Matt if you decorated this I need you to decorate my house for me, please! The split room ac was another awesome touch, was able to control the temperature of the bedroom and living area separately which made for a better stay and better nights sleep. All cooking utensils were available for use as well as kcups for the morning. Parking in the driveway made it a breeze to get out in the am. The back deck is also a nice touch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when I’m back in town.
