April was a great host. The condo was cozy and very ocean-like. I loved the ocean view and sound of the waves from the balcony. Close to all the action!

April was very communicative and friendly. The place was exactly as pictured. Inside the condo, the decorations and furnishing were well maintained and appeared new and fresh. The washer/dryer in the condo wasn’t working and there was a large crack on the glass to the patio. Aside from those two things, the condo itself was exactly what we thought it would be. Outside, the apartment complex is very dated and somewhat run down. This apartment complex has a lot of condos that are rented out and at times, it didn’t feel particularly safe.

Very comfortable place to land while in Spring Break! Originally booked for 4 adults and 3 kids under 9 and the space would have been great. The other family had to cancel so it was perfect for our family of three. 8 year old loved the bunk beds! Both big beds were comfortable and we got sound sleep. The weather was chilly and overcast so the hot tub and heated pool were wonderful resources. We typically don't stay in the same location this long while traveling but it was nice to unpack suitcases and feel settled. Great resources in the kitchen for cooking a few meals at home or enjoying leftovers and pizza delivery. Very quick and helpful communication when I reached out, notebook of local recommendations, plenty of beach towels and other beach items we didn't use due to weather. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet for being so windy and close to the main road along the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
