We didn’t get to stay in the apartment we chose in this listing as the host called me less than 24 hours before to say they are moving us else where as there was a problem in this apartment. I wasn’t happy with this as it was so short notice but they did end up putting us in a nice building so I didn’t mind it after. I am leaving a 4 star review only because the manager (Mehmet) was extremely rude to me, my aunty is disabled and he was asking her to move rooms to the 3rd floor, I asked him how she would get up there as she is disabled and he completely freaked out on me, calling me a difficult guest, when I told him I was simply just asking a question his reply was “You asked the same questions more than once.” Copied and pasted his exact response. He is the only reason my review is not 5 star. Apart from this the staff members were extremely accommodating especially Mohcin, anything we wanted they provided and even surprised my mom with a birthday cake, thank you Social housing team!

Great place in a very convenient location! It is right downtown of most attractions in Istanbul and only a short walk away. The place was clean and host was very responsive. I would stay with them again if I returned to Istanbul.

Das Badezimmer und die Toilette rochen schlecht und die Küche wurde mit anderen Gästen geteilt. Der Checkout war flexibel.
