Courtney was a great host and her townhome was beautiful. Just off St Augustine beach, she ensured our stay was enjoyable and was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again!

Courtney’s condo was exactly as described and the location was amazing. You can walk to restaurants the beach and local bars. It was a quiet location and the neighbors are so friendly. The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. I will definitely book this condo again !!!! Courtney was always helpful with anything I needed. Top notch !!!

We had to have an extended stay place because we didn't know when our new home would be completed. Courtney's ability to work with us was (and still is) just plain excellent. She has made our wait time of home completion much more agreeable. The condo had most everything we needed......and if we didn't have what we wanted it was easy to adapt with what she provided. I'd recommend our condo to anyone.

We stayed for just over a month and loved it! Great location, indeed a block from beach as well as conveniently walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants. The condo is great for a family with kids, ours are ages 9 &6 and loved the bunk beds. There are toys, board games and even beach gear including boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon to tote it there. The pool is also lovely. The condo is clean and well maintained. Air conditioning works great as we were there in August. Washer and dryer for clothes also worked great. Plenty of bath towels, linens, blankets, and pillows were really cozy. I highly recommend it for your family trip to St Augustine!

Incredible location in an amazing condo! The hosts make it fantastic as well! Can't wait to go back!
