This house was super easy to stay in. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. It was great to have laundry available. The large back yard is private. Overall it's a very user-friendly house and we would stay there again. Thank you for your help and accommodation! Jorge was super responsive and friendly. Thank you so much!

It’s quiet neighborhood but too close to the highway, sirens going on at night sometimes. Creepy neighbor. Need pest control done, fire ants, spider in and outside the house. House inside are clean, convenient location, recommend for short stays. I stayed for whole month but under my expectations. Overall 5/10

Jorge is a great host, and quick to respond to any request or questions I had. The house was clean, cute, and secure, and gave us the size we needed for our visit. Loved the big backyard too! Hubby loved the big screen TV, and wifi was strong-important when you have teenagers. The one complaint I had was since it's newly remodeled, it doesn't yet have any soft features, such as rugs or draperies, so sound echoes. An easy fix. We were very pleased with our stay at Quince Charming. Jorge has made a comfortable home; we enjoyed our stay!
