Built in 1953 but recently remodeled property offering a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, including a sunlit master suite. The open living, dining, and kitchen area beckons for gatherings, while the sunroom provides a cozy spot for unwinding. Enjoy modern amenities like fast WiFi and a separate work area with desk, computer, and printer. Note: 2nd restroom is going to be replaced soon, it is the original cast iron tub and shows some rusting and discoloration but operates perfectly. We are planning to replace this tub as soon as we get a little down time and budget. Original hardwood floors are installed in most of the home. It has character and personality of its wown and can be easily scratched. Please make sure your pets have their nails clipped as we have had guest's best friends scratch up the floor.
