We had an amazing time in Roatán and loved our stay! The location was right off the beach in West Bay and near all local restaurants/bars. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. They took care of all of our needs in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay! Here's a list of the great and not so great...I'll start with the not so great... There were several issues that needed to be addressed after our arrival, as well as a few things that were simply overdue for maintenance. Everything we asked to be addressed was handled promptly. Two of the 5 beds had sinkholes in the center making them uncomfortable. Now the great - Location was perfect! Communication was amazing prior to and during our time there...with prompt response to any problem we came across. Josh, the concierge was wonderful...setting up a cooler of drinks for the ride from the airport. He was also able to get my cell phone back after it was stolen and placed for sale at an "electronics shop" in Coxen Hole. I think we were just scratching the surface of the concierge service should we have chosen to really use it! This was the only places we could find with 5 bed/bathrooms. It fit our needs perfectly and the price was right for the size & location.
