Villa Topaz served as a PERFECT location for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. It’s a thoughtfully designed home that lives well with an exceptional outdoor space. You need not look further. To us, the private pool was more important than being ocean front, which is only a 5 minute walk. In addition, Chantalle and Paul are the consummate hosts. Having never been to Roatán, they could not have been more helpful in understanding local customs, guiding us in making plans and even securing reservations. They reside on the property unobtrusively but always available; an invaluable resource. Upon their recommendations, we hired Roatan Chef Services, a catering business owned and operated by Jennie Mann. Jennie quickly became like family. Boden tours brought us animal interactions, a highlight for the toddlers and Captain Hardy showed us the shore and reef with a great boat/snorkeling tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and owe a huge thank you to our hosts for making it exceptional!

This AirBNB experience surpassed all others by far. Chantalle and Paul’s house is absolutely stunning, with incredible attention to quality and detail, superior design, thoughtful touches, amazing views. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and just plain great people. Loved to cook in the chef-quality kitchen. The weather was a quite warm during our stay so we could not make full use of gorgeous patio but the infinity pool was refreshing and the beach just a short walk down the hill. Sunsets were stunning. Thanks to our amazing hosts, and we hope to come back some day!

Paul and Chantelle are great their home is awesome the views are incredible, the chef Jennie is stunning and homey! Paul and Chantelle asked us to bring some dog supplies that they had shipped to my house (from the states) and bring to them for a dog rescue that was abandoned We brought it to them so if they ask you if you can please bring it takes them a month to get supplies they are trying to help out so if you can help out please do so!!! The only problem we had was the A/C You do not have to pay for it which alot of places you have to the island. It just couldn’t be turned down to our liking but we are from Texas so we wanted to cool down in the evenings inside But hey when your staying at a house like that why be inside rite. Again when we go back I will be renting from Paul and Chantelle again they are fantastic people The house is perfect! They did an awesome job making sure we had the info we needed this is 5 star house

Staying at Villa Topaz was amazing for my family and me! Chantalle and Paul were the greatest hosts and even provided several recommendations as to where we could dine or perform different activities at the beach and around the island. Whenever we had any questions or needed something, they were quick to help us out and in the nicest possible way. The house was beautiful and everything looked just like the pictures. The house was a five to six minutes walk from the beach and completely safe to head there even at night. The house had everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!

We had a truly amazing vacation. Villa Topaz is an exquisite and luxurious home. Paul and Chantelle have it stocked with the highest quality amenities from Brooklinen sheets and towels to high quality kitchenware. As previous reviews have said, the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking, and there are amazing views from nearly all parts of the house! The house has the best view on the entire island as far as we could tell. You can even enjoy a view of the water from the luxurious shower. In addition to the house and views, Chantelle and Paul are far and away the most helpful Airbnb hosts we have ever had. They continually went above and beyond to help us find great snorkeling spots, restaurants, and other activities to make this a vacation we will never forget. We hope to return soon. We’d recommend this place, this location, these hosts to anyone. One added special — take the opportunity to experience Jenny as a private chef for a meal, it is extraordinary.
