Amazing hosts, and Villa Topaz is a step above!! In addition to being very friendly, Chantalle and Paul were super accommodating, responsive, and provided guidance and recommendations around the island. The house is as pictured, thoughtfully laid out, and one of the most well-supplied houses (e.g. kitchen utensils, travel mugs, linens, etc.) we have ever stayed in. The amazing hosts and spectacular house really made our holidays great. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else coming to Roatan.

We had an amazing time. Chantelle and Paul were amazing host. They were very informative on any questions that we had. The house was built beautifully with a breathe taking view. Chef Jennie who cooked an amazing meal was also recommended by our hostess. We never wanted to go to the same country twice, but this might be somewhere we end up again.

Chantalle and Paul’s villa is amazing!! Our group stayed here for about a week and did not want to leave. The small details of the house are extremely well thought out, the showers are amazing, the views are great, and I would definitely recommend Villa Topaz to anyone who is looking to stay in Roatán. On top of that, Chantalle and Paul are great hosts! I booked Villa Topaz months in advance and Chantalle was always available to answer any questions and provide resources and information for my trip. The pair were very attentive during our stay and it was super easy to get in contact with them about any of our needs - food recommendations, tours, private chef service - you name it. We needed help fixing two small things in the house and Paul came and addressed it immediately. Even after we checked out, my boyfriend left his wallet at the Villa and Chantalle got in touch with me and personally brought it to us at our next stay. It was a great experience all around and you should definitely book here for your next trip!

Chantalle and Paul are amazing hosts and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our vacation was perfect, including booking drivers for us for anything we wanted to do, making dinner reservations and even helping us when we had a medical issue… They were perfect hosts in every respect which made this the best vacation we’ve ever had!

If you want the absolute best experience Roatan has to offer, stay here!!! Chantelle was the most responsive host and so helpful with everything, and we asked every question under the sun! Every detail was perfect. She arranged hotel pick up for us and it was seamless. She arranged for a chef to come per our request as well as a massage therapist. To say she is in the know is an understatement. The house was so clean, spacious, and every detail was thought out. The location was perfect and the views were incredible! You get the perfect views of sunset and sunrise. Do not hesitate, book this place now!
