Escape from it all in this seaside home. Located in exclusive Lighthouse Estates, this stunning 5,500 square foot home has 5 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms over 3 stories. Built overlooking a fossilized coral reef called Iron Shore with vistas of Cayos Cochinos and the majestic mountains of Honduras over the Caribbean Sea, this house offers unparalleled views...and comfort. With an infinity pool and 1000 square feet of patios and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, this is the ultimate vacation house. The main house is two floors. The first floor, with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows facing the Caribbean Sea, has a fully-equipped Chef's kitchen, living room with multiple seating areas, a wet bar, and a large dining table for those family dinners in. The guest suite sleeps 2 and has ocean views and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks with twin over full beds and can sleep 6 people. It has an ensuite bathroom. If that isn't enough, there is a 1,000 square foot oceanfront patio with an infinity pool, lounge chairs, grill, and outdoor dining area. The top floor is home to the master suite which sleeps 2 people. With stunning ocean views from the bed and bath tub to soak your troubles away, you might never leave! The downstairs apartment is a standalone two bedroom / three bathroom apartment. It has a full kitchen, living room, and its own 300 square foot private patio. The master suite sleeps 2 and faces the ocean with views from the bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a bunk room that sleeps 4 as it has a full-over-full bunk bed and also has an ensuite bathroom. We do also have a sixth "bedroom" option that sleeps 2. We have a large foyer in the downstairs apartment that can be converted into a bedroom. It has a full bathroom and a twin bed with another twin trundle bed that converts into a King bed if desired. It works perfectly as another bedroom for larger groups that don't want to share beds. It can even have its own entrance as the apartment has a second entrance through the French doors. In total, we have sleeping spaces for 18 people in 11 beds however we only allow groups up to 16 people. However, we do make exceptions for families with children. If you are a larger family, please let us know. The rate does not include electricity. Please read "Other Things to Note" for more information. The rate includes final cleaning. Additional cleanings can be added for a fee. We also can arrange for a private chef to come to the house and cook an amazing Island style meal. We also have a great lady who babysits in case you want a night out without the kids.
