Great location with walking distance to everything in the town, shops and restaurants literally a few steps from the door. Also, easy access to main roads and A66. The property was as described, and as per the pictures, we loved the fire in the living room, extremely comfy sofa, and smart TVs in every room. The games room and hot tub at the end of each day were really good fun. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to provide some essentials that you're unlikely to have whilst travelling, such as bin bags, something to clean with, salt and pepper, etc. Additionally, a guest book with some instructions on how to use the coffee machine, hot tub, connect to WiFi, etc. would have been helpful. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay!

Fabulous location as walkable to everything in Penrith. To park on the drive behind the gates can be tricky and ideally one person needed to jump out and open the gates. The house is warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games room.

Great place for a group to go an visit. Darts, pool table and hot tub made for a great weekend. Penrith had a good amount of takeaways but didn’t test out any actual restaurants. Towels included was great too
