Diane and Bruno were the best host. I thoroughly enjoyed their place. The morning views were awesome, the place is within walking distance to some great restaurants and a short drive to my favorite beaches for the month I stayed in Saint Martin. The pool was perfect for times where I needed to cool off, the washer was very convenient for clothing refresh and the wifi was super strong for all my work video calls. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a car to enjoy this side of the island!

La place est très confortable et les hôtes sont très serviables et très sympathiques. Comme dans toutes les places il y a des détails que l’on aime changer, sitôt demandé sitôt corrigé. L’adorable Chat nous rendrait visite presque chaque jour, c’était notre unique visiteur et il prenait l’apéritif dans la piscine sans se mouiller.

Diane & Bruno are wonderful people! So friendly and helpful! This was my second stay with them, and I will definitely stay again! The area is quiet, which is great for relaxing. The pool is fantastic for cooling off at the end of the day. The little villa is well appointed and has everything you need to get started. It's clean and efficient, and you couldn't ask for a nicer place. The family lives in the same building, but you have complete privacy, and I was never intruded on. You will love it!

We spent 9 great days at the Villa Bas apartment in St. Martin. The apartment is as shown in the photos and is clean and well-maintained. The patio with its spectacular views, the private pool and outdoor eating space are amazing. It was a delight to sit outside in the mornings and evenings enjoying our meals al fresco. Bruno and Diane are kind and helpful hosts and were responsive to our requests. When we mentioned that the BBQ was in poor condition, Bruno replaced it that same day. When we asked where to have a special dinner out during our stay, they provided great restaurant recommendations in Grand Case and Marigot. The villa is in a quiet area, a 5 minute drive to a great supermarket offering an array of products from France. With Villa Bas as our home base, we were easily able to visit the many beaches and towns of St Martin. We recommend Villa Bas to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring St. Martin and we would not hesitate for a second to stay there again.
