We had a great stay at Fan’s lovely apartment. It is tastefully renovated - retaining lots of great French character but with all the modern conveniences - including a microwave and dishwasher! Super comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a cozy living space! Location was unbeatable - on a beautiful centrally located square just a short walk to the tram, old town, promenade, chateau, market and beach! My son especially loved the playgrounds at the chateau and promenade. Would happily stay again!

Great location in place Garibaldi and next to the old town with the tram on the doorstep. Apartment is spacious and well appointed and the check-in and out was quick and seamless - thanks Annie! Overall a great stay

Amazing location with incredible restaurants right downstairs in the courtyard. You can walk to the port, old Nice, the flower markets, museums and the water. Right on 2 tram lines, 1 mile to the Nice train station. Bus line is right there. The apartment is perfect, clean, well appointed. Would rent this place again in a heart beat.

My husband and I stayed at Fan’s place on our first trip to Nice. It was also our first international trip as well using Airbnb. We had some delays getting there and weren’t able to respond immediately about arrival time. Fan and his team made every effort to contact me and insure we had someone to greet us upon arrival. Fans home was located in a central spot for traveling around the French Riviera. We were able to take a tram, ferry, and train to visit. St. Tropez, Cannes Monico and many other areas. It was a quick walk to the beach and the promenade. There were many local stores conveniently located. We were minutes away from restaurants and stores in the old town. The Airbnb provided everything we needed and was a comfortable spot to head home to after a long day sightseeing. Fan and his team made this one of the best experiences we have had. Highly recommend!

Central location, lots of great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to old Nice. The apartment itself was bright, spacious and as pictured. Only downside is being on the 4th floor with no elevator but otherwise everything was great!
