First of all, I wanna start off by saying Shane and Maru are excellent host however the building itself which the condo is located in is very old and ran down. The condo it self is very nicely kept and updated. I did run into cockroaches inside the condo. The location was great. You can walk to the beach within five minutes tons of restaurants and so many things to do nearby.

I will give Shane and Maru 5 stars, but I give the building only 3 stars...the building is a condo hotel, which i wasn't expecting..and there's a lot of commotion..the building is also currently undergoing renovations, so lots of amenities are not available and there's always some noise going on..during the 2 weeks I was there, the fire alarm must've gone off at least 5 times, they had 2 days maintenance of the elevators, water pressure was weak and cold on 2 days, and one day they had frequent power and water interruptions. Having said that, there were also several issues in the apartment, with the A/C, water kettle and toaster, internet not working at times or slow, TV not working for half a day....I think I had every possible thing happen during my stay... BUT- Shane was always quick to respond and tried his best to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. He was a great host, always friendly, patient and quick to react. I would stay there again when renovations are over! Thanks

This great room is exactly as listed, if not better. Clean space with amazing views of the beach directly below. Easily walk out of the building right onto beach. Valet parking was great. Room was comfortable and clean. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Great place, near the beach. Shane and Mary responded fast. The apartment looks like the pictures
