The apartment was enormous, great space for two couples or a family. Alfresco area was fantastic and kitchen with servery made entertaining fun. Coles super close so we often enjoyed meals at ‘home’ and watched the sunsets. Great location if you don’t want to walk far in the heat as restaurants are literally 100 metres from doorstep and very quiet considering. Direct access to pool and street from private deck area. There was a neighbouring apartment doing a renovation however this was handled by management to our satisfaction :)

Perfect location! Amazing penthouse apartment definitely the one to stay if you are just after two amazing bedrooms.

Great location and plenty of space. Appreciated the call to let us know of problems with AC which wasn’t an issue as it’s not summer yet. But hopefully this and some of the ceiling fans are fixed before summer. Loved having so much space and private access to pool area and main street. Really good access to everything Port Douglas has to offer and quite location for being so central. Very friendly staff and warm welcome awaits any guests here.

This is an amazing apartment in the perfect location in Port Douglas. We had our wedding across the road, which made it the perfect choice for us. Staff were helpful and communucation was great. The enormous outdoor deck of this apartment is an unbeatable feature. The only thing that lets the property down somewhat is maintenance issues - the aircon in the main living area and second bedroom wasn't working during our stay, and nor were half the ceiling fans, so it was pretty warm in there when trying to get dressed for a wedding. We did receive a phone call to inform us of this the day prior to arrival, but we'd booked the apartment more than 9 months in advance, the whole town was fully booked out, and the rest of our family was staying in the same resort for our wedding, so there was nothing that could be done. No discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. It's also time to throw out some of those threadbare towels - my first one was more holes than actual towel, and when paying top dollar for the premium apartment, I expect better than that. But despite these relatively minor and rectifiable issues for moving forward, I recommend the apartment for its layout, location, and the supreme deck.
