Patrick’s place is great, the location is fantastic in such a private and beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The adjacent town has all the essentials including good restaurants but overall you should spending time in this wonderful home! Look forward to returning in the summer!

We were fortunate to spend a week at this lovely home in a stunning setting. The space is very welcoming, comfortable, and clean; very modern and sleek, yet so cozy. The main level is open with floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the lake. A deck along the back of the house provides another great place to view the lake or look at the stars in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped and convenient. In the living area, an electric wall fireplace is a soothing and warming focal point, and the dining area off the kitchen is a great place for meals with the property views as backdrop. The main level also has one of the home's 3 modern bathrooms. The lower level has three spacious bedrooms, including an en-suite. Plenty of closets added to the comfort of our stay. While the home is secluded area, it's a short drive to a shopping area, restaurants, and area attractions. Patrick is a very responsive and friendly host. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home.

Beautiful and modern place and beautiful view of the lake and fall leaves! Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. Access to kayaks and canoe.

This place is an absolute gem! Such a beautiful property and surroundings. The house and property had all the amenities you need. We have a 3 year old and a dog. The house had a great room for our daughter with bunk beds, and she was obsessed with the outdoor play set and trampoline! Our dog was also loving the fully fenced in yard. It was a family’s dream. We can wait to book again! Thank you for such a great stay

We loved Patrick's lake house. Very peaceful, felt secluded enough and the views from the balcony and house are so worth the trip. The place is new, super clean, comfortable. We were a party of 8 with 4 kids and the kids had a blast! We went in the fall and the views and trees are beautiful, the colors breathtaking. We had dinner at Horses and Hounds the first night a few minute from the house. The next day we explored Sleepy Hollow and other surrounding towns. I would love to come back to Patrick's lake house. Worth every cent!
