Ryan is a fantastic host; his communication is spot on, and the place was exactly how he described it. It was clean and located in a convenient spot to reach anywhere you would like to be. We will be booking it again in the future.

Ryan was accommodating to an early check in, proactive in communication and friendly. There is a great breakfast place down the street and awesome fish shack within walking distance.

Ryan was great! He replaced some broken patio chairs and got bath mats for the second bathroom after we reported. House and rooms are spacious and has some nice updates. Location is loud on weekday mornings due to being wedged between 2 fairly busy streets. Couple go great places to get food walking distance. Patio table a bit small and gravel as most of patio. House clean but one our party felt like they cleaned floor with their white socks so we wet cleaned daily.
