Lionel was the best host. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything my group needed and he helped us find the place safely. The cottage is beautiful, extremely clean and everything looks brand new. Amazing view of the lake from the deck and from inside through the large glass windows which open in multiple directions. There is a kitchen with everything you need (stove, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and utensils). When I stayed there were 3 bedrooms available on the main floor and each has it's own ensuite with shower. On the side of the cottage there is a fire pit. In the backyard there is a dock and very nice rocks to sit on and look over the lake from. Incredible view of the stars at night. This is the perfect place to bring your family. Lots of things to do in the area: hiking, plane and boat tours, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boating. Look forward to returning and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Honestly, the photos don't do this cottage justice - it is absolutely beautiful! The view from the deck is gorgeous and a perfect place for your morning coffee and a boardgame! It is close to the Tornados resort which has boat rentals, plane rides, and pool noodles. It is on it's own private hill with it's own private dock, there are no other cottages nearby. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom (which is amazing), however, the showers are quite small and would be difficult to use for a larger person. Lionel was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. You can rest-assured he will take care of you during your stay - the resort nearby is owned by his family so he was always available if needed! There is no AC, but the cottage stays quite cool. Wifi is on satellite, so just note that it is fairly slow. Cottage is well-stocked with kitchen items, but bring your own cooking essentials (oil, pepper, etc). We would definitely stay here again (& plan to)!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, definitely would recommend. Private dock area, sizable deck for BBQing and socializing is really nice.

Lionel’s cottage is so fantastic that we decided to return for a second time round with the family! This cottage has everything needed and more. We look forward to returning next year for year three!
