We had a great stay at this new property. We were in awe with how luxuary this cottage was. It was very spacious and decorated with great taste. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They view of the Gorgian Bay was spectacular from the deck. We spend most of the time outside on the deck enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding. Living space with fireplace was amasing. The location of the cottage was great. There was a Provincial park 5 min short drive away with a sandy beach, fishing and kayak/canoe rental. We enjoyed kayaking on the Georgian Bay. Basement had a pool table and we enjoyed. Few old DVD was available for watching movies. There was a marina 5 min away and we enjoyed walking around and view of the bay. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking to have a great time! It's the perfect place for a quiet and comfortable get-away!

Beautiful place, very spacious for our getaway. Only concern was the noise restrictions. If you’re hosting 15 people for a vacation, there’s bound to be noise. We were playing games and had music in the background and nothing could be heard from outside (we checked) but we were getting multiple texts about noise which kinda dampened the mood. Otherwise, lovely space. Higher recommend.

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for sleeping and socializing. Nice bathrooms and amenities such as smart TVs and pool table. Some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were broken, and there were a couple minor cleanliness issues (a towel with fresh makeup on it and chewed gum stuck to a table lamp). There must be a very sensitive automated noise control system because we did receive several automated phone calls telling us to turn the volume down when we were watching the hockey game on tv (you could not hear anything from outside the house). Overall though, it was a high value rental with a very responsive host, which I appreciated. for example, after a snow storm, they had our driveway plowed within an hour. It felt clean and well kept overall, and I would recommend this cottage to a family or group.

A large group of us (12 + a dog) spent the weekend enjoying the scenery, cross country skiing and stargazing. Great place with lots of room!
