We had a lovely stay at James’ cottage on the bay. The home is exactly as described, pristinely clean, and located on a really amazing part of the bay. The views are spectacular, the home is quiet and relaxing, and James was a responsive and helpful host. The home is laid out perfectly for hosting big family dinners and enjoying the fire pit overlooking the bay. The sunrise views are unforgettable. This is a spectacular property and we would love to come back again for our family vacation.

We stayed for a week as a group of 10 for a family reunion. This is a unique property and home set in a gorgeous, secluded part of Perry Sound. James was a wonderful host and super responsive. The waterfront was a perfect place to relax on the dock and swim in the lake. The house was spotless and the kitchen had all the amenities one needs. The construction details were awe inspiring with a gigantic living room with a beautiful fireplace made for relaxing evenings for all. Even though there was a fire ban in the area, the outdoor fire pit overlooking the water was a great place to hang out. There is a small rock island you can see in the pictures that provided lots of entertainment for the younger family members using the kayak, standup paddle board and tubes that were on the dock. We also rented a 22' pontoon boat for the week and the dock was well equipped with bumpers and cleats. This is a rare home for Airbnb and we can't wait to come back next year.

Jimmy was awesome to deal with! He was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The cottage was stunning and in a perfect location. It was peaceful and serene. A great spot!
