This apartment has amazing potential to be the best. The location is phenomenal. Its spacious and well designed. The area us lovely. The parking is super convenient. We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including the old city, Ben Yehuda and machane Yehuda. The issue is that maintenance seems to have been neglected. The apartment was not very clean. The lovely hosts helped by sending their cleaning team back. The kitchen has seen better days - appliances that barely work, very few useful kitchen tools, broken shelves... All in all we had a great stay but the apartment needs an update and a deep deep cleaning.

The apartment is well located and the check in was very easy. That said the apartment is very old and many many things were broken (socket with electric wires coming off the wall, mouldy cushions and broken door on the terrace and so on). Also the apartment wasn’t clean at all. Jonas was very good in communicating with us and trying his best to fix the problems that unfortunately were too many and not fixable with just a cleaning. This apartment could be very nice if restructured and cleaned.
