Most of you are probably wondering why I consider myself &quot;The Go-To CRM Guy&quot;? <div><br /></div><div>I believe you need to have both a technical and business background to truly understand CRM software. For this reason, my undergrad is in Computer Science and I have an MBA.</div><div><br /></div><div>I also believe that you need real life, hands on experience to call yourself the &quot;The Go-To CRM Guy&quot; .</div><div><br /></div><div>I&#39;ve been able to gain this experience with the 7 years I have spent working at Carmel Vision, the developers of InfoFlo CRM. </div><div><br /></div><div>For the first 3 years I was tasked with researching what other CRM companies offer and beta testing. Once we released the software, I was given the opportunity to begin selling it. Sicne then, I&#39;ve given thousands of demonstrations to customers and heard their input on what features they expect a CRM to have. From all this input, we constantly update InfoFlo with new features and further refine the features if needed.</div><div><br /></div><div>Essentially, I eat, breathe, and sleep CRM software and am constantly thinking about the next feature, researching our competitors and giving demonstrations.<br /><br /></div><div>I just love this stuff.</div><div><br /></div><div>If you have any questions about InfoFlo, our CRM software or any questions about CRM software in general, feel free to contact me.</div>
