My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for the New Year's Eve weekend, and it was an absolute delight! The accommodation was not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-maintained. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness did not go unnoticed. The entire space exuded a sense of freshness and comfort, making us feel right at home. The hosts had truly thought of everything, as the apartment was equipped with all the necessities one could possibly need for a weekend stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware, allowing us to prepare some delicious meals. The location of the Airbnb was also a highlight. It was conveniently situated, allowing us easy access to local stores. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, adding to the overall positive experience.

Within a day of booking, 1/2 of our group had an emergency. I asked the host if we could cancel with a refund. The listing had 50% refund upto a date and no refund after that. Host responded to me immediately & said that they have to stick to the policy as they would not be able to rebook. I respected that. But, after the cut off date, she kept on asking me if we still want to cancel, so she can book someone else even though we would be paying the full 100% of amount. It was advertised that the kitchen was well stocked but the oven mitts had tears in them & barely any stirring spoons. Only thin quilts & thin blankets were provided. It was winter weather and we couldn’t feel cozy at all. Wifi doesn’t reach basement TV & we couldn’t even watch movies as a group. The master bedroom closet was filled with junk, half empty liquor bottles, open cans of beer/truly & trash. The host said cleaners forgot to lock it. It didn’t feel clean sleeping next to that. Overall our experience was 3/5.

We had an absolutely wonderful girls trip to Andrea's property! The location is beautiful. The house has plenty of room to spread out. It's so nice to find a place where one of us doesnt get stuck in a twin bed or a bunk bed! The beds were all very comfortable and the house is well stocked and decorated beautifully. We can't wait to go back!

Me and my group of friends take a cabin trip every year and we enjoyed our stay at this property. This house had everything we wanted to make our stay was memorable. We enjoyed the few things montross had to offer and by ordering food from Angelo's Pizza Restaurant Seafood & Steamer Bar went to play kickball at the Westmoreland Park, and on our check out we stopped by The Art Of Coffee! We definitely recommend booking the beatiful property for your next trip!
