Clean and accurately described. The shared veranda is a great space and when we were here we had it basically to ourselves. During peak vacation months with others right outside the sliding door I might have felt a bit exposed. We (and our toddler) really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Kitchen is well outfitted. Easy beach access though it’s a bit of effort to get to/from the parking garage, in/out of the building, etc (nothing unusual for a large building like this).

We enjoyed the stay very much. Wish we could have stayed longer and that the rest of our family could have joined us. There was plenty of room. I highly recommend this rental and will likely go back another time.

The check in process is easy, it is exactly as described in the host’s guide. The place is nice ocean themed decorated. Kitchen is complete and with new and full sized refrigerator. And two coffee machines- which one use capsules and the other regular ground coffee. I like the location, with some nice neighborhoods restaurants. Short walk to the beach.
