Magical retreat! We were supposed to stay for one night with our friends (for a birthday) but ended up booking for another night. The place is like a fairyland, so peaceful with so many things to do. Beautiful surrpundigns too. We loved the stars, the campfire, and the rolling hills 🤩 would come back for months if we could!

The Mountain Hideout was probably one of the most beautiful locations we've stayed at for an Airbnb. I only wished I had more time to sit out on the porch, watching the sunrise over the hills! We came in April to hike in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, but unfortunately, most trails were inaccessible unless you had snow shoes. Luckily, there was so much to do at Sarah's place that we didn't feel we missed out. We were able to enjoy the mini ping pong , pool, and foosball tables; the full-sized pool table; badminton and corn hole; basketball arcade; and a wide selection of board games. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the cabin. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sarah!

Sarah’s place would be an excellent place for a group gathering. Overall we had a fun experience there. Unfortunately did not get to meet the goats, but that was because of our logistical issues; otherwise Sarah was very accommodating. Be aware that the WiFi is weak, but not a big deal for our group. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

This was one of best places we’ve ever stayed!!! Photos were 100% accurate. Very nice and spacious house. About 45 mins from some hikes in Kings canyon and sequoia park. Is near some farms, saw cute cows and ponys and horses on drive up. Also saw some peacocks! Really liked the game room too. Only thing to note is that the wifi wasn’t great. But in such a fun place, we entertained ourselves plenty!

My family had a great time here. Absolutely beautiful area. Very relaxing.
