This house was absolutely the best - it had bottled water, coffee pods in all sorts of flavors, condiments, snacks, soaps, just completely stocked with all the things you would need. It was very comfortable and cozy - the furniture was great, beds were comfortable, decor was pleasing - remote control candles were on everywhere giving it a nice atmosphere. It was such a beautiful location, calm and quiet, and close to Sequoia National Park and Sequoia National Forest. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Susan and Rick for your hospitality!

Very cozy home! Looks exactly like the pictures and Susan was very kind and responsive! Her home was clean and provides great amenities Definitely recommend to anyone trying to stay around Dunlap

we loved our stay at the Baker House. Susan was a superb host, very friendly, flexible, and attentive. She gave us great recommendations for our visit and even suggested places to see on our next stop. the Baker House is comfortable, cozy, and the closest location to the Sequoias. it was great to stay at a historic place like this, while at the same time taking a peek at ranch life . The home has been updated with all the modern comforts, and Susan has gone the extra mile to make sure you have everything to stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and she even thought of allergie free detergent for the laundry! we enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back.

Exactly how it’s pictured and described. Completely redone older home very private. Location is about minutes outside the parks which was great. She was gets worried about finding it but had no issues with gps or maps. Wifi was great. Awesome stay.

Baker House is a bit of Americana heaven right at the doorstep of Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks. From the very moment we made our request to reserve this charming home, Susan was so incredibly responsive and helpful, giving us lots of great ideas, answering our silly questions, giving detailed instructions on how to find it and evening making it possible for us to check in a bit early. This historic family home is a true gem - Built in the 1930's, it has been pristinely restored & delightfully decorated. History in every room. The Fall morning light thru the kitchen windows is magic; the sunsets from the back porch are stunning; the magnificent Black Walnut tree in the backyard is a gem. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well appointed, the laundry facilities were a dream, and if you are lucky, you can even harvest peaches, pears and fresh herbs from their garden. Thank you Susan & Rick for the privilege of staying at Baker House! A memory we will treasure forever!
