Janice and her husband were excellent hosts! They were so friendly and made the stay feel so much like home. The house was very clean, and the hot tub was a big bonus! The location is secluded and private and its so peaceful. There is a really nice view of the mountains too! They provide some basic things you would need to cook and some basic condiments. We had a great weekend and felt so relaxed the whole time! Cell service is spotty in places but the wifi saved the day!

The view from the porch is breathtaking. House is adorable and I felt right at home. Janice was very quick to respond when I had a question. Will love to stay again when we come back in the area

We stayed at Janice's for a girls weekend. We had a great time. The house is great proximity to bryson city (20 min) for the fall train ride. Very clean , and well stocked. We will definitely be booking again and make this an annual girls trip. 😍

Almost everything about the stay was great. The only issue we faced was with the wifi. The connectivity was terrible, especially once everyone reached. We weren't trying to stream movies or anything, even just basic internet surfing was difficult. I had planned to get some work done Friday evening, but was unable to do so. Apart from that, everything was lovely and exactly as described.
