Other things to note **Please Read Before Booking** Due to this listing being geared toward long term stays (although short term is perfectly fine as well) and because I live a small distance from the property, I have a few things to note that might be different from other short term Airbnb experiences you have had: 1. Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash. There are garbage cans at the entrance of the property about 50-75 yards from the tiny house. 2. We will stock the house with the essential amenities that are listed in our profile such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, pepper etc. However, when it runs out it is guest responsibility thereafter for the remainder of the stay. Mckee is closeby with several grocery stores and pharmacies. 3. We will provide 2 sets of clean towels and sheets for all guests upon check in, however, guests will need to wash them according to their preference thereafter if they need to, and a washer and dryer are there at the cabin. 4. Our goal has been to take a hands-off approach to this unit, similar to what might be expected from traditional renting of an apartment. By streamlining our side of things we can offer this property often at a lower rate than other listings in the area. That said we are always available and will address any concerns that may arise during your stay. 5. We do not allow pets but we do allow service animals. All we ask is that you provide the proper documentation and clean up after them. 6. There is no smoking allowed. 7. No candles anywhere at any time. We will provide you with electronic flicker candles to use throughout the house for subdued lighting. Please leave them in the cabin when you leave.
