This is a modern home designed to enjoy and entertain, indoors and outdoors in the spacious garden. No need to leave as it offers everything to enjoy a get away for all! On its door step, turn one way and within a few minutes walk you can choose from many eateries, cafés, pubs and bars as well as our bustling city centre. Turn the otheway and in just a few minutes walk is The Chichester Festival Theatre and just next door to that is the Chichester Racquets and Fitness Club. Many parks too!

Perfect stay for a weekend in Goodwood. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was tidy and very comfy. Very helpful with the day 2 testing situation.
Absolutely stunning home with so many luxury extras, everything from a built in coffee machine that Stella tops up for guests, 2 bbqs with pizza oven to a tv in the bath and the most options I’ve ever seen on a shower! All of this and the little touches Stella offers (a welcome hamper and a birthday gift to name a few!) just adds to the already great service and communication Stella provides when booking her home. Perfect getaway for a group of friends celebrating 10years of friendship and a 30th birthday, Highly recommend!!

A central location, yet you wouldn't know it when enjoying all that our sunny west facing garden has to offer. Great neighbours and sense of community. The back of the property is bright, quiet and makes you forget that you are just minutes away from the city center.
Parking for 3 cars. Bus stop nearby and train/bus stations are a short walk away. Beach or countryside? Goodwood? Del Quay? Chichester Harbour? All only a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
