Everyone in our party thought the house was stunning very comfortable and stylish. With lots of different areas for all ages to either relax or have fun The bedrooms and en suites were just perfect. With gorgeous Egyptian bedlinen The garden and grounds were lovely with the convenient proximity to the beach and sea just great. We loved gathering in the enormous kitchen dining room for food and fun. A truly enjoyable family long weekend Thanks Lou for thinking of everything

Lou the owner who lives next door was incredibly proactive and friendly leading up to the booking. Sent me details of local amenities, house games for the kids and asked how the bedrooms needed setting up to cater for our group. The house really is lovely and the rooms all spacious. Five families enjoyed ourselves playing games and flying kites on the pebble beach a stones throw from the house. Selsey doesn't have a huge amount going on in the immediate vicinity but plenty of options within a short taxi or drive, although we didn't feel any need to leave the property and instead just enjoyed ourselves there. Would highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay, amazing location so close to the beach and an RSPB nature reserve. The house is brilliant for big groups with loads of great rooms - really fun and sociable. Lou was a great host - incredibly responsive, thoughtful and kind, and responded quickly whilst we were there. Would recommend others to stay there.

We had a FANTASTIC time for my 30th birthday at the priory- it is so beautiful, better than expected, and our expectations were high already. Lou was fab, very responsive and loads of instructions. We went to Chichester but apart from that we stayed at the house, walked to the beach and had the best time! Would really recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay with group of friends. Walks were marvellous with lots of birds to look at.
