Direct beach front property with jacuzzi and sauna, private access to Bracklesham Bay Beach. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full gym. New Outside Jacuzzi (installed in February 2023) and sauna. The most amazing feature is the direct beach access This is a private family home, that has been furnished to a very high standard in line with the owners personal use expectations. It’s a large family home , right on the beach, excellent for extended or short breaks with loads to do and the enjoyment of being literally on the beach. The property is a large family home, which is approached by a private electric gates driveway with parking for up to 4 cars . Large hallway, large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, cloakroom, large lounge with fireplace and dinning area, with adjacent chill zone, extensive out side entertaining terraces. Full gymnasium and sauna and brand new (installed February 2023) outside jacuzzi, upstairs there are four bedrooms (3 doubles and a twin room) with a further kids games zone area and sofa bed Please note use of the jacuzzi comes with the responsibility of ensuring you clean all sand off anyone entering the jacuzzi. There is a warm tap adjacent to the jacuzzi. I’m the event we have to clear out the jacuzzi after your use there will be a further £150 charge The last thing to note, is living literally on the coast line is beautiful and stunning, however typically in the winter months as the weather changes, the elements can be extreme, with high winds and torrential rain. These sort of weather can effect coastal properties, WiFi and occasionally power. Unfortunately these are out of our control, we will do everything to rectify as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we can’t offer any compensation for acts of “God” out of our control, unfortunately it just comes with the territory. This all being said it happens once or twice a year, so hopefully it won’t effect you.

The house is situated right on the beach. It’s stunning and is fully equipped with everything you need and more. I would like to thank Max as he kept in contact making sure everything was fine, and did we need anything. I would highly recommend a stay in his beautiful home.

We had a fabulous 3 days at Max's property. Its located right on the beach with floor to cieling windows looking out onto the garden/beach which was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous hot tub which we all enjoyed in a little bit of rain and a wonderful big living room that we thoroughly enjoyed with our little ones. Bedrooms were clean and great sizes and kitchen has everything we needed to stay in and cook delicious meals all weekend. The communication was excellent and we were checked in on to ensure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again and maybe enjoy it in the summer! Thanks Max
The property is in a beautiful location. We loved the communal area, garden and access to the beach. The rooms are well proportioned and clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The village is sweet and within walking distance. There is a fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway just a few minutes away and both were delicious. Billy’s cafe is next door and a must when you visit! Sadly, we experienced a number of issues during our stay. Which was disappointing and time consuming during our short trip. Max and Andy were both great, fixed issues and communicated quickly. However, a number of the problems we had were basic maintenance issues. Which we think should have been picked up and fixed in advance of our trip. Things like the instructions manual for the house is out of date and requires updating to match the equipment available, the toilet seat wasn’t secure and cables were missing from the Wii to name a few. Overall a good trip!
A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Everything we needed, great responsive hosts.

A fantastic village atmosphere, being located in the beach and within a short distance of the local village which has multiple supermarkets and a host of beach side boutique shops
There is an excellent local bus service, Chichester has a main line station serving the whole country & london is 2hr 50 mins by train
