This beautiful 7 bedroom 6 bathroom home is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat to Zion National Park. Located on the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort property you can enjoy resort amenities while also being fully connected to the outdoors. This beautiful cabin is located within Zion Ridge community and is adjacent to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort property, which is bordering the east boundary of Zion National Park. We are 7 miles from the east entrance of Zion. The lot is peaceful and quiet, situated for a peaceful stay away from crowds. The home is perfect for a cozy get away for a family, or a larger group looking to experience Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, State Parks and Zion Ponderosa Resort. The house in total can sleep up to 34 guests. On the main level we have 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with a queen bed. The master with a king has its own bathroom and the other two share a joint bathroom. There is a third full bathroom open to the shared spaces in the hallway. Upstairs we have 1 large bunk room which has its own attached bathroom. The basement configuration includes 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 additional bunk room. There are 2 bathrooms, one attached to the bunk room and the other accessible to the common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking needs including fridge, stove, oven, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, outside grill. The living room downstairs has a large sectional and satellite tv. Also a kitchenette and ping pong table, all creating a great gathering place. There is also an additional room downstairs that is a set up theatre room. Outside there is a large covered deck around half of the house perfect for relaxing with friends and family. There is a propane grill outside for your use. Located at an elevation of 6,500 feet we have perfect cool temperatures at night. We also escape the higher temps of Zion canyon during the day because of our higher elevation. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay no matter the time of year you choose to visit. A couple other additional spaces for your enjoyment. For outdoor spaces there is a large deck with privacy behind the house, and an out door hot tub to enjoy out under the stars after a long day of hiking. In the basement we have a ping pong table and have also included is an in home theatre room. There are satellite TV's throughout the house in various rooms. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use. Everything is fully furnished and stocked with necessities like soaps, towels and sheets.
