Cute little spot right on the water with a great view. Easy to get to, close to everything, and shower had great water pressure!

We ha a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it for others. The host was very nice and so were the neighbors in the area. We will definitely come back again next year.

This may be the best patio view on the island!! We sat outside and listened to the waves crash into the sea wall for hours every evening. The harbor where our sunset cruise and snorkeling tour launched from is just a short walk away. Very comfortable king size bed and great water pressure in the shower. Once you get to the sand just outside the patio, there is literally miles of beach to walk and a great place to play in the water. We had sea turtles popping their heads up right in front of the patio, a great wave to try to surf, and we even saw a mama whale and her calf one evening. This place is great!!!!

Maui is a spectacular island & extremely expensive. This unit is on the water with the sounds of the waves pounding the seawall through the evening. The pictures are accurate pertaining to the kitchen & bathroom. The challenge outside the unit pertains to other folks in the HOA plopping chairs & chaise loungers in front of your unit. In addition, the grille is 8 yards from your bedroom. Overall folks were peaceful & respectful. The unit above was filled with 20-somethings ( assuming another VRBO ) the quality of the floor allows you to hear every step taken above. The HOA is beat up..I heard the seawall has to be replaced….for the price on Maui it is a decent value. Logistically central to kapalua/ Wailea / Paiea …good home base. E&E

Positives: just like the listing, very clean, comfortable bed, and beautiful view. Another perk if you’re doing excursions is that it’s a quick drive to the harbor where a lot of boats meet at. Downsides to consider: not walking distance to food/shops, the parking lot has a lot of stray cats, and the grass area in picture is more of a common area which can get crowded at times.
