Great place, quiet, very spacious with everything you need, walkable distance to St. Ives. And perfect for your dog too!

After the St Ives trip these are areas that require attention: 1) Internet - this was intermittent requiring daily, sometimes hourly, attention. False information was provided stating that there was available Wi-Fi - this was problematic on entering the property and remained so throughout our stay. Sandy-Toes, Lisa and Georgina (Daughter of the Owners) were involved throughout the whole of our stay. I have messages to evidence the constant distruption 2) Cleaning - Dust behind the radiators - we cleaned this off before drying our washing. Hair, stains and nail clipping on the sofa. Ash left in the wood burner for us to dispose of 3) Heating - stopped working. Georgina provided us with a plug-in heater and 2 extra wood logs 4) Hot water - This stopped halfway through showering - Georgina relocated us to the Farmhouse next door to enable us to shower, we almost left the holiday early at this point 5) Potholes in the road - Deep potholes to the lane that accesses the property

Lisa’s place is gorgeous - beautiful retreat away from the crowds. You can walk into St Ives - this is downhill so uphill on the way back! The house is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a break away. A real home from home.

We had a lovely stay at Foxgloves. The cottage is beautiful, very peaceful location but close enough to enjoy the bustle of St Ives. The walk to and from St Ives is very doable even with kids. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. A great trip!
