Fantastic place to explore NYC, in a great neighborhood, easily connects with 2 subway stations close by. Would recommend for a couple or small family.

The apartment is quite close to Central Park and also to the subway, which makes it quite easy to get to most tourist destinations. The apartment meets expectations, and Giorgio and his wife Sasha are quite friendly people and willing to help

Great location in the Upper West Side, which is my favorite neighborhood in Manhattan. Safe, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars, close to Central Park and museums, and quick and easy walk to the Subway. Georgio is an excellent host. Very communicative and responsive. The apartment was spotless, well stocked, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Nice extras included a bowl of candy and two chocolate bars, lots of toiletries including toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, soaps and more, and a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC. The apartment is quiet with very little street noise. Only small negative is very little natural light, but this is not so uncommon in NY apartments. Overall, an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay again.
