The large lot allows for plenty of parking for vehicle/trailers, room for kids to run about, ride there favorite toys and just simply....play! They won't be bored. The hilly terrain and great neighborhood allow for nice rides, runs or walks as well. Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, a loft, a full bathroom, an open kitchen/living space and comfortable seating that allows for cozy indoor chilling. If you like to cook like we do we got you covered with all the necessities and more. Upstairs imagine a full kitchen, large bar, full bathroom, one large living space, two queen beds, 2 cozy couches, two bunk beds, a loft and a private 2nd level deck for hanging out or sipping your favorite drink. Great location and space was nice and fishing was great!Management of property was lack luster. Upon arrival we had to clean up trash. Hot Tube was green and unusable. Rented specifically for a property w/ HT. Flat top griddle was filthy. Smoker is rusted with holes, upstairs kitchen sink leaked and couldn't be used for 3 days. Front gate kept falling off hinges. wifi is not a hard wired wifi, its a hot spot that continually drops. Had to purchase propane, both tanks empty. We immediately had issues on our vacation which was disappointing. We rent with the expectation we will get to relax. Lack of management did not lend itself to relaxation. When I reached out to Joanna, response time was slow and did not seem to care, as if we were the problem. They sent someone out on Monday to fix H/T and sink, 4 days into 6 day stay. Said the H/T looked great but took pictures while it was running, so the sediment and sand was not visible. She NEVER offered a discount or even a partial refund.
The home and property were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Really beautiful place with direct water access. Would definitely stay again.
