Really nice homely home and recommend to all.

We rented this house over the Xmas period and arrived at 4pm on Xmas eve after a long drive. The house itself is food for family group but it was not mentioned that the downstairs room had no internal stairs and was accessed via the back staircase, so had to then configure the sleeping arrangements. Also the photos showed the 2nd bedroom had 3 single beds but in fact it only had 2. Arriving at 4pm on Christmas Eve I was dismayed to find that there was no dishwashing tabs and only 1 tea towel, no salt and pepper, only 1 roll of toilet paper and other condiments that you would expect in a holiday property. The one and only shop in hat head has limited supplies and shut at 5. The downstairs room had a queen bed and 2 singles but there wasn’t a even bathmat in the bathroom, the floor is very slippery and one of my family actually fell up against the shower screen (the floor was dry). I think the management of this property need to give more attention to detail, especially around holiday time and shops being closed and give a list of what is NOT in the property.
