Main house is 2000 square feet with 3 bedrooms (total of 5 beds - 1 king, 2 queen, 1 bunkbed), 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting/tv rooms as well as laundry, dishwasher. Tap water is from a well and drinkable. No need to bring your own drinking water. Brand new master bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated floors completed winter 2023. Bunkie ~ 500 square feet with 2 bedrooms (main bedroom queen bed, second bedroom double bed and single bunk above) that are joined so you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the second. There is a simple bathroom with a sink and toilet that is seasonal so only useable in May - October. Hot tub is new in 2023 (4-5 person). Tesla charger. Drinkable well water. Quiet bay, safe for swimming with zero boat traffic. Deep water off end of dock 6-12ft depending on water level with no weeds. Not far away is a shallow entry with sand and some weeds to launch the the canoe, kayaks or SUPs. Sand/rock along the shore. Great for water sports and all ages. Includes use of canoe, 2 kids kayaks, 2 stand up paddleboards (one adult, one child board), 2 adult kayaks (9.5 and 11 ft) and a lily pad. Lots of outdoor seating. Baseball diamond/beach volleyball court in public park 0.3 km away. Can also use as soccer field. Tennis courts are < 5km away (2 courts with basketball net). Outdoor ping pong table available in summer, long driveway with lots of parking. Propane BBQ (propane provided), firepit (check local firebans). Gibson Lake Provincial Park with trails for walking, snowmobiles and cross country skiing 0.5 km further along South Gibson Lake Road. Long stretches of road with few houses great for running or riding your bike. Fantastic lake for canoeing and paddle boarding. Cottage faces west for beautiful sunset views. Bar area overlooking the dock perfect for sunsets. Underneath this deck is storage with some life jackets for your use (use at your own risk). I suggest bringing your own infant/child life jackets as mine are old, but they are there for your use should you choose. Dock is 16x20ft then 10x20 ft (second attached dock). There is a ramp onto the 16x20 ft dock which is 3 x 10 ft. There are approximately 12-15 stairs down to the dock and before that a path that is a gradual downhill but not steep.
