Escape to our beautiful home located in Tampa, FL. Close to the airport, parks,museums, stores & restaurants. We have a spacious 4 bdrm/2.5 bath that is able to comfortably sleep 12 guests.You will find countless things to do from the heated spa, swim in the large non-heated swimming pool,play a game of mini golf,make memories in the game room with our pool table. Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation where memories will be created. Our home is 2,051 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. All four bedrooms are located upstairs with two of the rooms boasting king size mattresses. The room at the top of the stairs has a double bed and the room across from the main bathroom has two single beds. You can also find a crib if needed in the closet in this bedroom. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed allowing for two more people to sleep. We also provide two air mattresses located in the oak chest in the living room if you need to have additional beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and an updated stand up shower. The main bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and a half bathroom can be found downstairs near the kitchen. There is an amazing game room found right off the kitchen with a pool table, table tennis/ping-pong, bar style shuffleboard table, and casino games. This room has a separate window air conditioner to allow you to cool the room separately from the rest of the house which has central air conditioning. The home has three Smart TV's found in the living room, Master Bedroom, and second King size bedroom. All mattresses are Saatva mattresses, known for their comfort. In the backyard you will find a large swimming pool with hot tub. Please Note! Pool temperatures from Mid March through mid November are warm enough to not heat the swimming pool. From late November to early March we do not guarantee that the pool temperature will be warm enough to swim. We do have a heater but that is mainly to provide heat to the hot tub. Please note when the hot tub is heating it cannot heat the pool. The pool and spa controls are automated and there is a control panel in the lanai to turn the spa on and off. The controls can also be operated remotely by owner/host. Though we do our best to maintain the pool temperature to 82 degrees during the winter months we cannot guarantee that we can achieve that temp. Since we do not advertise this as a heated pool, there are no refunds for the pool not reaching a specific temperature. We also have a swimming pool basketball hoop, mini golf, a raised deck with chairs, table and umbrella to shade you from the sun along with two deck lounge chairs. We also have an enclosed lanai with seating as well as a chess/checkers table for those chess and checkers lovers. Here you will also find the gas BBQ grill that you are able to use. We have also added a Playstation 3 with some games in the main living room. This console can be used to either watch movies or play PS3 games. Instructions on how to use the console are provided in the house handbook.
