Check in informations & instructions Please be informed that this is a vacation house, not a hotel. Please read attentively to avoid misunderstanding and to meet your expectations. Arrival: Please always confirm us your exact time of arrival so we could be at service for you in case needed. Gates: the first entry is a small gate with a code provided. You will be getting your remote control for the electric gates in case you want to park your car at the back of the house. Entry code: code will be given a day before arrival. The right gate facing the house is where you can drive-in. The left gate is with a sensor that opens automatically when you exit the driveway. Check-in time is from 1 PM. If you wish for later check-in please follow entrance instruction properly. Rules: • Please fill in check-in form and provide the latest/recent original ID for a copy. • Guarantee fee of ______ euro. This varies on the length of stay. Cash Refunds can be done in cash if paid in cash. Bank to bank when is paid via the banking system. This will occur after check-out, assuring that there is no damage and loss of some properties. • Towels & Linens: Bed linens are free for the first two weeks of stay. Next days when you want to change beddings, we charge 3 euros per set: Bed linen, blanket, pillows case (1-2 pcs). Towel set (1 large & 2 medium) for 2 euro. • Sanitary: Your toilet and bath will be provided with toilet papers by arrival. You need to buy to refill for the next guests and for your own use for a long stay. DO NOT throw sanitary papers in the toilet bowl. This is a special toilet. • Coffee is free for the first 2 days. Please buy refills on your own. • Cleaning: Clean your own place during the period of stay. During your long stay, we check the house on a regular basis. When we check the house and it is not clean, we will clean with a charge of 50 euro. So please maintain cleanliness. • Container for garbage is provided. The green container is for all sorts of garbage. The blue container is only for papers and cartons. Please, bring all your garbage to the container on Tuesday evenings. Collection for containers is early on Wednesday’s at 7 am, so you can also empty your garbage on Wednesdays but before collection time. • Extras: pellets: Starting stock of 2 bags. The rest shall be paid by the guests on the period of stay. • Pedicure, massage is possible for reservation.
