I have stayed at Tim's place many times over the past six years or so, both in winter and summer, and have always found it tidy and clean, with everything working well. The house is very homely and cosy, in a quiet street behind a lovely little park, everything is within easy walking distance. Tim is a wonderful, welcoming and very responsive host who communicates easily and quickly, in a way that makes you feel you are coming to stay at a friend's place. Tim is also very flexible and reliable. I highly recommend Tim's place :-)
