Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Ariane und Luc sind äußerst umgängliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Auch das Auschecken obwohl wir 15 min. zu spät dran waren war alles easy. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto: Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist leider nicht direkt vor dem Haus, jedoch mit gefühlt weniger als 5 min. Fußweg Entfernung zum kostenfreien Parkplatz gut zu erreichen und war für uns somit kein Problem. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden, die Unterkunft sauber und vor allem mit Hinblick des Preisleistungsverhältnisses empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und würden wieder hierher kommen!

Nothing bad to say, great experience overall! Ariane is a super host, friendly and welcoming. The space is cute, cosy, and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Recommended!

As per my previous feedback, we spend almost a total of 3 weeks with Ariane, split into two stays. I did forget to mention the little spoils that Ariane left for us, from the beautiful Speculoos biscuits (which I am addicted to) to the delicious chocolate toffees. I was gifted a beautiful puzzle of the stunning Begijnhof Diest; which we took a walk around. Such beauty and tranquility.

What a beautiful place. The area is breathtaking. Our accommodation was lovely and quaint; what some would refer to as a "Tiny House" and this one had a big heart. We had everything we needed, and it was well appointed. Ariana even supplied us with items for showering which is wonderful as you do not always pack everything but rather go shopping after arrival. We had nothing to eat and Ariana took us around the corner and showed us where the local Spar was. We were referred to local sites and happenings like the Wednesday fresh produce day in the Grote Markt which is a sensory overload with all the lovely fresh produce from cheese, fish, meat, bakeries to confections and beautiful flowers. I am just sorry we were never able to find a common time to sit down and share a meal with Ariana, it was not from lack of trying on her part, we just had so little time to spend with our grandson, so he was our first priority. Next time I promise <3
