Apartment is brand new and situated in center of Pomer village, the place is quiet and sunny. Distance from the sea is 150 meters, and the first beach is 500 m away from the apartment. Restaurant is 250 m away, first grocery shop 1500 m. Distance from Pula city center - only 8 km. Premantura and Cape Kamenjak is 6 km away. Apartment is situated in southern Istria, 8 km from Pula city center. Apartment size is 75 square meters and is suitable for 4 persons and has two bedrooms - one with double bed and the other one with two single beds, living room with sofa, bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchen and dining room. It is fully equipped and has oven, microwave oven, electric/gas stove, kettle, nespresso coffee maker, laundry machine, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV + SAT TV, air condition, free parking in front of the house (yard is protected by the automatic fence), bed linen, towels (2 towels per person), start up supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap. Dedicated workspace for remote workers/digital nomads - work table and chair. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house. Apartment has own outdoor terrace. (15 m2) IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not use bath towels from the apartment as beach towels because they are not suitable for that purpose. Please bring your own towels to use at the beach. At your arrival you will get 2 towels per person. If there is a need for more towels during your stay which is shorter than 7 days it will be a subject to additional charge/cost. If you will need extra bed linen during your stay which is shorter than 7 days it will be subject to additional charge/cost. Kristina ist eine tolle, freundliche und engagierte Vermieterin. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und sie hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, um istrische Besonderheiten/ kulinarisch entdecken zu können. Bei Fragen und Problemen war sie jederzeit schnell erreichbar.Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist hell und super sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Die Größe war perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei Kids ( 8 und 13). Die Terrasse hat eine tolle, luftige Lage. Klimaanlage, Moskitonetze und Fensterläden, bequeme Betten. Alles super! Pomer ist ein toller, kleiner, ruhiger Ort. Sehr entspannend! Möchte man mehr Leben, ist man innerhalb von 5-10 min in Medulin ( trubelige Flaniermeile) oder Pula. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Lidl, Kaufland und Plodine in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Rundherum gibt es viele Strände- Klippen, feiner Kiesel, grober Kiesel, Sandstrand, kleine Buchten, lange Strandabschnitte- für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir kommen gern wieder!
Kristina a été parfaite dans son rôle d'hôte. Répond rapidement aux questions et très attentive à nos demandes. Nous avons été accueillis par ses parents que nous avons rencontré plusieurs fois. Ils sont super sympa ! Ils vendent leur huile d'olive qu'ils font eux-mêmes. L'appartement se trouve dans un village très calme globalement, excepté l'aboiement des chiens des voisins. La plage est propre et très peu fréquentée. L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Heureusement qu'il y avait l'air conditionné car ils faisaient vraiment très chaud. A RECOMMANDER 👌
We have stayed in the Kristina’s apartment for more then month and I can say this is one of the most pleasant places we ever live. The apartment is large and well equipped. It look’s better that you can see on photo. Kristina always ready to assist with everything. As I need to work, she organised a brand new table and chair as a dedicated working place. Our youngest son 8 months old needs a high chair - she provides it to us. And other. Location in Pomer is nice. You can walk to the local beach, which is not very crowded. You can go to Pula by car, which is just about 8-10 minutes from here. Pula is a great town - ancient amphitheater is better then in Rome, old town and a harbour are beautiful. It’s worth to visit. Next time on the seaside we definitely select this apartment and Kristina’s family to stay. Thank you very much!
The apartment is amazing, better as described. For a family vacation you will find everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. Even during very hot days the apartment stays fresh. Also Pomer is a very quite and central location, just some minutes driving from the crazy tourist areas like Premantura. Kristina and her parents are just great hosts!

In general, especially if you want to enjoy the surrounding landscape and rural areas, I recommend to rent a car.
Station for public transportation (bus) is about 100 m away from apartment.
There is possibility to hire taxi or rent a car.
Since the airport Pula is poorly linked by public transport, when you come by airplane to Pula International Airport (PUY), I suggest you to take a taxi to our place or rent a car. If you would like to rent a car, you can do it directly in the Pula Airport. The price for a daily car rent is about 55-60 euro per day.
